Natural merino wool (17–21 microns) is thinner, softer and less irritating than regular wool (25–40 microns). It offers good thermal insulation, the ability to absorb moisture without causing a feeling of dampness, hydrophobicity that helps keep you dry even in damp environments, and a skin-friendly softness.
