Delivery and Return

Delivery

  • Delivery within Lithuanian territory is free when purchasing from 55 EUR.
  • We ship items through International delivery shipping. Delivery price to most foreign countries will depend on parcel weight and destination country. We use shipment tracking so you will always know the status of your parcel. Delivery time to EU countries: 1–4 business days. If the cart includes items from the store – 3–6 business days. Delivery time to non-EU countries: 2–5 business days. If the cart includes items from the store – 4–7 business days.
  • Shipping cost to all the countries is 15 EUR. Shipping cost to all the countries is free when purchasing from 249 EUR.
  • We kindly ask you to write your correct address and telephone number, so that a courier could contact you and deliver your ordered item to your address.
  • We are not responsible for any import duties and customs charges.
  • Tracking number will be uploaded within 1-2 business day.

Please note: we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may arise in Buyer’s country.

Store pickup (only in Lithuania)

DELIVERY DETAILS:

  • We deliver within 1–4 business days. If at least one item in the cart is from the store, delivery may take 3–6 business days.

  • When your order arrives at the selected Audimas store, you will be notified via a short SMS message.
Delivery to the parcel terminal (only in Lithuania) (LP EXPRESS, OMNIVA)

DELIVERY PRICE:

  • Delivery is free when purchasing from 55 eur.
  • When purchasing less than 55 eur. - delivery price– 2,90 eur.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

  • We deliver within 1–4 business days. If at least one item in the cart is from the store, delivery may take 3–6 business days.
  • During the ordering process, select the nearest self-service parcel terminal to you. If you chose payment on delivery, please note that only bank cards are accepted for payment at self-service terminals.
  • When your parcel is delivered to the selected terminal, you will receive a short SMS message with codes to retrieve your parcel.
  • The parcel must be collected from the terminal within 72 hours of receiving the SMS.

International delivery

Returns

All items purchased from the AUDIMAS online and physical stores can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The return of products from abroad is the responsibility of the buyer. The customer must cover the shipping costs. Only unworn items with intact labels, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition are accepted for return. Worn items, those without labels, or with damaged packaging are not accepted.

Shipping back to us is buyers responsibility. Refund can be done only after package is received and please ship it with registered mail that you could see when package is delivered to us. Item has to be not worn in original package and double boxed. Please leave a note in the package with your order number and your bank account number where the money has to be refunded. 

  • To return or exchange an item(s), please fill in the Application Form which came with the goods.
  • Please send the returned goods and the Application Form to: Raudondvario pl. 80, LT-47182, Kaunas, Lithuania
  • The returned item must be unused, except when it is returned due to manufacturing defects.
  • The returned item must be in the original orderly packaging (this paragraph does not apply if the returned item is faulty).
  • The item must be unused with marketable appearance retained (labels, protective films, etc. intact). This paragraph does not apply if the returned item is faulty.
