Return

Items purchased from AUDIMAS online or physical stores can be returned free of charge to a physical store within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. If returning items via LP EXPRESS self-service terminals, a €1.99 return fee applies. This amount will be deducted from the refunded sum. Only unworn items with intact labels, in original condition and packaging are accepted for return. Items that have been worn, are missing labels, or have damaged packaging will not be accepted.

Return methods:

-Return via LP EXPRESS terminal

  • Log in to your account at www.audimas.com and go to the “My Orders” section. Find the item you wish to return and click “Return items”, then select the return method “Nearest LP EXPRESS terminal” and complete the return by filling in the required details. If you are a guest (unregistered) customer, you will need to register first. Once you submit your return request, you will receive a confirmation email.

Within 1 business day, your request will be reviewed, and you will receive an email with a return shipment code, which will be required when placing the parcel in the terminal.

At any LP EXPRESS terminal:

  • On the terminal screen, select “Send” and then “Online registered shipment”;
  • Enter the shipment code you received by email;
  • Print the return label;
  • Attach the label to the parcel, scan the barcode, and place the parcel in the opened compartment;
  • If the parcel does not fit in the opened compartment, do not close the door – select “Change size” on the screen and choose the appropriate locker size;
  • Close the unsuitable compartment – a new one of the selected size will open automatically;
  • Place the parcel in the opened compartment and close the door.

Once we receive your returned parcel at the warehouse, you will be informed by email within 3–7 business days. 

-Return to a physical store

  • Log in to your account at www.audimas.com and go to the “My Orders” section. Find the item you wish to return and click “Return items”, then select the return method “Return in store” and complete the return form by filling in the required details. If you are a guest (unregistered) customer, you will need to register first.

After packing your items, return them to any AUDIMAS store (you can find all store locations here: https://www.audimas.com/about-us/our-stores/). You will need to provide the store staff with your return number starting with the letter “R”, which you can find in your audimas.com account.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the specified bank account. The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the returned shipment is received at the warehouse.

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the return has been registered in your audimas.com account, the items are properly packed, and the return number (starting with “R”) is provided to the store employee. When completing the return form, you must select either: “Nearest LP Express terminal”, or “Return in store.” 

IMPORTANT: Return conditions

When returning items, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in proper, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to defective items);
  • The item must not be damaged;
  • The item must be unused and in original condition, with intact labels and protective elements (this does not apply to defective items);
  • The item must be returned in its original set/completeness (e.g., jacket with pouch, towel with bag);
  • Items must be packed in additional protective packaging suitable for shipping (e.g., box or protective envelope);
  • Returned items must include labels and be properly packed.

If we receive a damaged package or items that do not meet the return conditions, they will be sent back to the sender.

Returns from abroad

Returns from abroad are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items. Returns must be sent via registered mail with a tracking number. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at [email protected] to receive the return form. Complete the return form and send it together with the items.
