- Natural merino wool (17–21 microns) is thinner, softer and less irritating than standard wool (25–40 microns). It has good thermal insulation, absorbs moisture without giving a wet feeling, is hydrophobic – helping to keep you dry even in damp conditions – and feels soft and pleasant against the skin.
- The gaiter is 4‑way stretch.
- A knitted mesh panel on the upper part of the gaiter helps to evaporate moisture.
- The lower part is knitted more densely and is double‑layered.
- The neck gaiter can be worn with the mesh or the denser side facing up.
