Q: Where in the world located company Audimas?
A: We are in Norten Europe, geographically close to major European locations, with well organised transport routes. Maximum 4 days of transportation to any European country Please find our location.

Q: How many people work at Audimas?
A: The company employs approximately 500 people including management at all levels.

Q: What IT and Automated control systems are used in Audimas?
A:

  • Audimas has installed Microsoft Dynamics NAV 4.0 and Pebblestone 7.0 Add'on for apparel industry, which enable more effectively plan production and balance capacities. ERP system covers all the main corporate governance processes, CRP (Capacity Requirement Planning), MRP (Material requirement planning), Sales, Purchases, Production Management and budgetting.
  • The company operates EMAN3 and VISION5 storage of finished products and raw materials warehouse WMS, they both support the work of RF terminals and the logic of the ADCS.
  • Technological way rationing is proceeded with installed Textival software. Accounting sewing operations is runned according barcodes and for this purpose is used Codeval software.
  • Garment pattern making is performed with Investronika, Gerber and Lectra programs.
  • Cutting management is carried out with the Lectra equipment and software.

Q: How big capacities can manage Audimas?
A: The current production is almost 2.000.000 units per annum. 80% of the company’s products are exported to EU countries. AUDIMAS develops near 100 styles every month. Collections for customers are made from sketches to final products – salesman’s samples.

Q: How flexible is Audimas?
A: In today's commercial climate when retailers can hard forecast sales quantities for whole season the key to success is being able to adapt to the changes in the market quickly and make few purchases/deliveries per season.
