The puffer down vest is an excellent garment for changing weather. It provides excellent protection against wind and cold. The outer fabric is light with a water repellent finish, providing protection against light rain and drizzle. With a detachable hood. Closes with a zipper, which is covered by a placket with snap fasteners. The front pockets also have zippers. The waist size is adjustable with a narrow rubber band and stoppers.
