INFORMATION ON SUPPORT TO UKRAINE

1. By purchasing any Audimas product marked “Kartu su Ukraina” (“Together with Ukraine”) in the audimas.com e-shop of UAB “Audimas Brand”, you will also support VšĮ “Mėlyna ir geltona” (“Blue and Yellow” Public Institution) in accordance with the procedure specified in this information notice. It is a non-governmental organisation that has been supporting the Ukrainian armed forces and war-affected civil population since 2014.
2. The profit of UAB “Audimas Brand” obtained from the sale of Audimas products marked with the “Kartu su Ukraina” (“Together with Ukraine”) will be allocated to VšĮ “Mėlyna ir geltona”. We treat that the profit received from the sale of Audimas products marked with “Kartu su Ukraina” (“Together with Ukraine”) is the difference between the entire sale price of these products in the audimas.com e-shop (excluding VAT, but including discounts, if any) and the cost of the sale of these products and the share of general and administrative expenses of UAB “Audimas Brand” (proportional to the share of products marked with “Kartu su Ukraina” (“Together with Ukraine”) in the product range of UAB “Audimas Brand”).
3. The profit specified in the second paragraph of this information notice will be calculated on the basis of the income from the sale of “Kartu su Ukraina” (“Together with Ukraine”) products in the audimas.com e-shop during the period from 04/03/2022 to the end of the campaign. UAB Audimas brand may shorten or extend this period, while notifying about this on Together with Ukraine page and in this information notice.
4. The profit specified in the second paragraph of this information notice will be transferred by UAB “Audimas Brand”to the account of VšĮ “Mėlyna ir geltona” periodically during the campaign.
