Regulations

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) define how a goods purchase–sale agreement (“Agreement”) is formed and executed in our online store audimas.lt (“Online Store”).

The Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and apply to all buyers who purchase goods in our Online Store.

By placing an Order in the Online Store and marking the checkbox “I agree to the audimas.lt Terms of Use”, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms, understand their content, and agree that they become an integral part of the Agreement. In this way, a legally binding contract is considered to be concluded between the Customer and the Seller. If the Customer does not agree with the Terms or any part of them, they cannot place an Order in our Online Store.

Natural persons who purchase goods for their personal, family, or household needs (“Consumers”) are granted special rights established in consumer protection legislation - for example, the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days. Legal entities (“Companies” or “Business Customers”) may not be entitled to these special consumer rights, or they may apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

In the text below, the term Buyer refers to both Consumers and Companies, unless it is explicitly stated that certain provisions apply only to Consumers.

  1. Definitions
    • Seller – UAB Audimas Brand, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Lithuania, address: Raudondvario Rd. 80, LT-47182 Kaunas, Lithuania (“Company”). Company code: 133547024, VAT payer code: LT335470219. Contact phone number: +370 37 297 411. Email address: [email protected]. The Buyer may use this address and contact details to submit claims, complaints, or inquiries regarding the operation of the Online Store, goods, or concluded agreements.
    • Buyer – a natural or legal person who uses the Online Store and purchases goods offered therein. The Buyer confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement (are a legally capable natural person at least 18 years old, or are properly representing a legal entity).
    • Goods – sports and leisure clothing products, accessories, gift cards, and other items marked with the “AUDIMAS” trademark that are offered for purchase in the Online Store. The main characteristics and composition of each item are provided in the respective product description in the Online Store. The Seller strives to ensure that goods are depicted and described as accurately as possible; however, colours and other features may vary slightly due to the Buyer’s device display settings.
    • Order – an instruction submitted to the Seller initiating the purchase of Goods placed in the Buyer’s shopping cart in the Online Store, on the basis of which a goods purchase–sale agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
  2. Purchasing Process in the Online Store

Registration and shopping without registration

  • You can shop in our Online Store in the way that is most convenient for you – either by logging into your account or without registration. Registration is not required, but having an account allows you to track your Orders more easily, view your purchase history, save delivery addresses, and shop faster next time.
  • To create an account, simply enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password. It only takes a few minutes. When registering, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and these Terms, and that the information you provide is accurate.
  • The security of your account data is very important to us – therefore, we recommend using a strong password and not disclosing it to anyone else.
  • If you prefer not to register, you can shop as a guest – simply fill in the contact information necessary for delivering your Order. This information is used solely to fulfil your Order and issue an invoice.
  1. Selection of Goods and Shopping Cart
    • All essential characteristics of the goods are provided in the product descriptions available in the Online Store. Each product page specifies its composition, available sizes, colours, intended use, and other key features that help the Buyer assess whether the item meets their needs. The Seller strives to ensure that all product information is presented clearly, accurately, and comprehensively; therefore, product descriptions include details about materials used, care instructions, and any specific usage characteristics.
    • Each product description includes information about the materials, fabrics, technologies used, care recommendations, and potential usage specifics of the item. The Seller aims to ensure that all information is clear, accurate, and complete; however, in certain cases, the information may be updated to reflect changes in production processes, materials, or seasonal collections.
    • The product photos and descriptions displayed in the Online Store represent the actual appearance and characteristics of the items. While the Seller takes all reasonable efforts to ensure the most accurate representation, actual colours, textures, or details may differ slightly due to the Buyer’s device display settings or lighting conditions. Such minor differences are not considered product defects or non-conformity with the terms of the Agreement.
    • The Seller may temporarily modify or update the packaging, labelling, or presentation of goods in order to improve sustainability or enhance the user experience. These changes do not affect the quality or essential characteristics of the goods themselves.
    • Before placing an Order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review all the information provided and, if any questions or uncertainties arise regarding a specific product’s characteristics, may contact the Seller via the indicated contact details (email or phone). Upon receiving such a request, the Seller undertakes to provide any additional information necessary for the Buyer to make an informed and well-reasoned purchasing decision.
  2. Order Process
    • Once you have selected all desired items and reviewed your cart, click “Proceed to checkout”. The system will direct you to the Order form, where you will need to provide your contact details, delivery address, and choose your preferred delivery and payment methods.
    • Please provide accurate and correct information when placing an Order - this helps us ensure fast delivery and proper invoice issuance. If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, the fulfilment of your Order may be delayed or become impossible.
    • Before submitting the Order, the Buyer can always review their selections - change the quantity of items, delivery method, or payment option. When everything is checked, mark the checkbox “I agree to the audimas.lt Terms of Use” and click “Confirm order”. At this moment, it is considered that the Buyer has read the Terms and concluded the Agreement with the Seller.
    • After the Order is submitted, an automatic Order confirmation will be sent to your email - this means the Order has been received and is being processed. The email will contain all key information: Order number, list of selected items, total price, and estimated delivery time.
    • If you choose payment upon delivery, the payment is made when the Order is delivered. If the Order is not paid for at the time of delivery, the Seller has the right to consider the Agreement unfulfilled.
    • An Order is considered valid only when the Seller receives a payment confirmation (or, in the case of payment upon delivery, from the moment the Order is confirmed). If the payment is not received within the specified time, the Order may be automatically cancelled.
    • Once the Order is prepared and handed over for delivery, the Buyer will receive an email notification with shipment tracking information.
  3. Price of Goods and Taxes
    • All prices of the goods offered in the Online Store are indicated in euros and include value-added tax (VAT). The price of each item is final, except in cases where additional costs (e.g., delivery or transportation fees) are clearly indicated during the Order placement process.
    • Before confirming the Order, the Buyer always sees the total payable amount, which includes the price of the selected goods and any possible additional charges depending on the chosen delivery method - for example, courier delivery, parcel locker delivery, or in-store pickup.
    • If certain additional costs cannot be accurately calculated in advance (for example, customs duties or import taxes when shipping goods abroad), the Buyer will be clearly informed of this before placing the Order. In such cases, the Buyer may be required to cover these costs according to applicable laws or local regulations.
    • Using the Online Store does not involve any additional fees - the Buyer pays only the regular rates charged by their internet or communication service provider. The Seller does not apply any extra charges for using the Online Store or placing an Order.
  4. Payment Terms
    • The Buyer may pay for the goods using several available methods, depending on the options presented during the Order process. The Online Store accepts the following payment methods: bank transfer via electronic banking, payment by bank card, cash or card upon delivery (when this service is available), gift cards, or other payment methods offered by the Seller and indicated during checkout. Please note that when choosing delivery to an AUDIMAS physical store, the Order can only be paid for in advance via electronic banking.
    • If payment upon delivery is selected, the Buyer undertakes to pay the full Order amount at the moment the goods are handed over. Failure to fulfil this obligation is considered a breach of the Agreement, and the Seller has the right to claim compensation for any resulting losses or to apply other measures provided for by applicable laws.
    • All payments are considered completed only when the Seller receives the full payable amount. Once the payment is received, the Order begins to be processed, except in cases where payment upon delivery is offered.
  5. Delivery of the Order
    • Immediately after the Order is submitted, an Order confirmation email containing all Order details is sent to the Buyer. The Buyer must ensure that the name, surname, delivery address, and phone number provided used for delivery notifications are correct.
    • Once we receive your Order and payment confirmation, we begin processing it immediately. After the payment is confirmed, the goods are prepared for shipment, and when the parcel is handed over to the courier or parcel locker network, you will receive an email containing a shipment tracking number.
    • Typically, goods are delivered within 1–4 business days, and if your shopping cart contains items shipped from our physical stores, within 3–6 business days from the moment payment is received. Delivery to the Curonian Spit may take longer. The exact delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method, the time the Order was placed, and product availability in the warehouse. The specific estimated delivery date is indicated in the Order confirmation email.

  • Goods are delivered using the following methods: by courier to the specified address, to parcel locker terminals (LP EXPRESS, OMNIVA), to a Lithuanian Post office, or by collecting the Order at a selected AUDIMAS physical store:
    • Delivery by courier – free of charge for orders of EUR 55 or more, and EUR 3.90 for orders below EUR 55. Payment can be made in cash or by bank card upon delivery.
    • Delivery to parcel locker terminals – free of charge for orders of EUR 55 or more, and EUR 2.90 for orders below EUR 55. Once you receive an SMS notification, the parcel must be collected within 72 hours.
    • Delivery to a Lithuanian Post office – free of charge for orders of EUR 55 or more, and EUR 3.90 for orders below EUR 55. The parcel can only be collected by the recipient indicated in the Order, upon presenting a valid identity document.
    • Pickup at an AUDIMAS physical store – delivery is free of charge. The Buyer is informed of the arrival of the Order via SMS.
  • During sales, holiday seasons, or periods of high order volume, delivery may be delayed by several days. We always aim to inform you if a longer-than-usual delivery time is expected.
  • All parcels are shipped securely packaged and insured according to the rules of the delivery service provider. This means that in the event of loss or damage to the goods, the carrier is responsible until the items are handed over to the Buyer.
  • Upon receiving the parcel, we recommend checking it - whether the packaging is intact and whether the correct items and quantities have been delivered. If you notice any discrepancies or damage, please inform us by email or phone as soon as possible - we will resolve the issue in the most convenient way for you.
  • If the Buyer provides an incorrect delivery address, fails to accept the parcel, or if the goods are returned to the Seller for other reasons, delivery costs may be charged again if the Buyer requests reshipment.
  1. Return of Goods
    • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the possibility to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement and return the goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving them if the items do not fit or do not meet your expectations.
    • Returned goods must be: (i) unused and undamaged; (ii) with all original labels, packaging, and protective elements; (iii) in the same condition as they were delivered to the Buyer. Returned items must be placed in an additional protective package (e.g., a box or padded envelope).
    • To return an item, fill in the return form (available in the Online Store under the “Returns” section or in the Order confirmation email) and follow the instructions provided. [You can choose whether you want: (i) to return the product and receive a refund; or (ii) to exchange it for another size, colour, or model (if available in stock).]
    • Certain categories of suitable-quality goods (for example, socks, underwear, etc.) may be exchanged or returned only with the Seller’s consent. Without such consent, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Methods for returning goods:
      • Via LP EXPRESS parcel terminal – simple, fast, and free of charge. Log in to your Online Store account, go to “My Orders”, select the item you wish to return and click “Return goods”, then fill in the required details. If you are an unregistered buyer, you must first create an account. After submitting the return request, you will receive an email with a return shipment code within 1 business day. Use this code at any LP EXPRESS terminal.
      • Returning goods to AUDIMAS physical stores – log in to your Online Store account and fill in the return form by selecting “Nearest LP EXPRESS terminal” as the return method. After packing the parcel, you may bring it to any AUDIMAS store (store addresses are listed here). Provide the store employee with your return number containing the letter “R”, which is shown in your account.
      • Foreign customers may return goods by registered mail with a tracking number. To return items, contact us at [email protected], receive the return form, fill it in, and send it together with the returned goods to: UAB AUDIMAS BRAND, Raudondvario Rd 80, LT-47182, Kaunas, Lithuania. Tel. +370 620 78167, E-mail: [email protected].
    • Returns are approved within 1 business day from the moment the return request is received.
    • If a damaged package or a product that does not comply with the return rules is received, the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
    • The Seller is not responsible for import duties or customs charges applied when returning goods from abroad.
    • Refunds for returned goods, after their condition has been inspected, are issued within 14 calendar days from the date the return is received. If the Order was paid using a gift card, it is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. When returning goods that were paid for (fully or partially) with a gift card, the online store has the right to refund the amount paid with the gift card back to the customer in the form of a gift card.
    • If the price of the item(s) purchased using a gift card is lower than the nominal value of the gift card, the difference is not refunded. A gift card of a higher nominal value cannot be split into several gift cards of smaller value.
    • Direct costs of returning goods (e.g., postage or courier fees) are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the Seller indicates otherwise or provides a free return service. Foreign customers cover their own return shipping costs.
    • The return address and method information is always provided in the Order confirmation email and in the “Returns” section of the Online Store.
    • The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply: (i) if the product was custom-made or personalised at the Buyer’s request; (ii) if the returned product has been worn, damaged, or is unsuitable for resale; (iii) if the product was sealed and has been unsealed after delivery, making it unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.
    • If the delivered item is defective, the Buyer has the right to request: (i) a replacement with a non-defective item, (ii) a price reduction, (iii) free-of-charge repair within a reasonable timeframe or reimbursement of the Buyer’s expenses for repairing the defect (if repair is possible), or (iv) a refund of the amount paid. In all cases, we kindly ask you to contact us first - this allows us to offer the quickest possible solution.
  2. Product Quality and Warranty
    • All products purchased in the Online Store are covered by the statutory quality warranty. This means that the Seller is responsible for manufacturing defects or quality non-conformities that become apparent within 2 (two) years from the date the Product is handed over to the Buyer, unless a longer period is provided by law or by the specific Product’s warranty terms.
    • The warranty ensures that clothing and accessories meet the characteristics described in the Product description. If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent during the warranty period, the Seller undertakes to, free of charge: (i) repair the product; or (ii) replace it with a new, high-quality product; or, if this is not possible, (iii) reduce the purchase price of the Product; or (iv) refund the amount paid for the Product.
    • The warranty does not apply to defects arising from: (i) improper care (e.g., washing at a higher temperature than indicated, tumble drying, bleaching, or using unsuitable care products); (ii) natural wear and tear resulting from normal use (e.g., colour fading, pilling, stretching of fabric); (iii) mechanical damage (e.g., scratches, tears, stains, or deformations caused by external factors); (iv) choosing an inappropriate size or individual body characteristics that result in the item not fitting properly.
    • If a Buyer notices a quality defect, they should contact the Seller as soon as possible by email or phone and provide: (i) the Order number or proof of purchase; (ii) a description of the defect; (iii) photos that allow the issue to be assessed.
    • Upon receiving all necessary information, the Seller will review the Buyer’s request within 14 days and provide a decision - whether the product will be repaired, replaced, its price reduced, or a refund issued. If needed, the Buyer may be asked to send the Product for a quality evaluation.
  3. Dispute Resolution and Customer Support
    • We always aim to ensure that shopping in our Online Store is smooth and enjoyable. If you encounter any questions or issues regarding your Order, delivery, or product quality, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team directly. You can reach us by email at [email protected], by phone at +370 620 78167, or by filling out the contact form available in our Online Store.
    • Once we receive your inquiry or complaint, we undertake to acknowledge and review it within 14 days, providing a clear response or proposed solution. If the matter cannot be resolved within this timeframe, you will be informed about the extension and the reasons for it.
    • If the Buyer does not agree with the solution proposed by the Seller or does not receive a response within the specified period, they have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) at Vilniaus g. 25-6, LT-01402 Vilnius, email [email protected], phone +370 5 262 6751, website vvtat.lt.
    • Disputes between legal entities (business customers) and the Seller are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the applicable legal acts.
    • We always strive to resolve disputes amicably and through mutual understanding. Our goal is not only to provide high-quality products but also sincere communication and long-term trust.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    • The Seller is liable for its actions only in cases where the Buyer suffers damage due to the Seller’s fault.
    • The Seller is not liable for the actions or inactions of third parties (e.g., banks, payment intermediaries, courier or postal service providers) that may cause inconvenience or losses to the Buyer if such actions are beyond the Seller’s control. However, the Seller always makes reasonable efforts to help resolve such situations - for example, by assisting in tracking a shipment or initiating an investigation regarding payment issues.
    • The Seller is not liable for losses incurred because the Buyer failed to read the Terms and Conditions, even though they had the opportunity to do so before placing the Order.
    • The Seller is not liable for indirect losses or damages (including lost income, profit, reputation, or data) suffered due to the performance or non-performance of these Terms or the Agreement, except where such liability is explicitly provided for by applicable law.
    • The Seller is not liable for temporary website interruptions, technical errors, or incorrect display of prices or product information when such issues occur due to software, data transmission, or other technical reasons beyond the Seller’s control.
    • The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfill or for delays in fulfilling obligations due to force majeure circumstances, as defined in Section 14 of these Terms.

  1. Use of the Online Store
    • When using the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to act honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws and with respect toward the Seller. The Online Store is intended for lawful commerce and information purposes; therefore, any illegal or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited. The Buyer is not permitted to attempt to access or modify the Online Store’s systems, database, code, or any internal infrastructure without authorization, nor to use tools that may disrupt its normal operation. It is also prohibited to distribute malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful code that could endanger the security of the Online Store or other users.
    • The Buyer must refrain from any actions that could disrupt the functioning of the Online Store or hinder other users’ ability to use its services. This includes a prohibition on sending misleading, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful information through the Online Store’s contact forms or other communication channels.
    • The Seller strives to ensure that the Online Store is a safe and reliable environment for all visitors and therefore has the right to monitor and assess the security of the Online Store’s use. If suspicious or unlawful activity is detected, the Seller may take all necessary measures - from temporarily restricting access to fully blocking the account. If such actions are deemed intentional or cause damage to the Seller, its partners, or third parties, the Seller has the right to contact law enforcement authorities and seek compensation for incurred losses.
  2. Intellectual Property
    • All information provided on the Online Store, including texts, photographs, graphic design, video material, logos, trademarks, names, product descriptions, and other intellectual creations, is the property of the Seller and/or its partners and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and international copyright and intellectual property regulations. This means that any use of such material without the Seller’s explicit written consent is considered a violation of rights.
    • The content of the Online Store is created and presented to inform, inspire, and help the Buyer choose suitable products, and therefore is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The Buyer is permitted to view, read, print, or save the information available in the Online Store solely for personal use. Any public, commercial, or other use of the content without permission - such as copying, reproducing, modifying, publishing, or distributing - is strictly prohibited.
    • When using or quoting material provided in the Online Store, the source must be clearly indicated, and the meaning or context of the content must not be distorted. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may be considered a legal infringement and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability as provided under applicable laws.
  3. Force Majeure Circumstances
    • The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the Online Store operates smoothly, Orders are processed on time, and products are delivered to Buyers without disruptions. However, certain circumstances may arise that neither the Seller nor the Buyer can foresee or control - these are known as force majeure circumstances.
    • Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war or the threat of war, riots, strikes, decisions of governments or other authorities, disruptions in supply chains, failures of information technology or energy infrastructure, pandemics, extreme weather conditions, and other events that objectively prevent the proper or timely fulfilment of the contract.
    • If such circumstances occur, the Seller undertakes to promptly inform the Buyer if Order fulfilment may be delayed or temporarily impossible. In such cases, the fulfilment of the Order may be postponed for as long as the force majeure circumstances persist. If these circumstances continue for more than 30 calendar days, both parties have the right to terminate the contract without any additional obligations to one another.
    • If the Contract is terminated due to force majeure circumstances, the Buyer will be refunded all payments made for the unfulfilled Order, except for the actual expenses incurred by the Seller, such as delivery or return costs. The Seller will in all cases seek a solution that is fair to both parties - for example, offering to modify the Order, postpone it, or provide an alternative product option, if possible.
    • Such situations are considered exceptional and are not deemed instances of the Seller’s fault or negligence; therefore, the Seller is not liable for any damage or loss arising from force majeure circumstances. Nevertheless, guided by principles of responsibility and transparency, the Seller will always strive to ensure clear communication and help customers make the most suitable decisions in each case.
  4. Seller’s Right to Terminate the Contract
    • The Seller has the right to unilaterally terminate or suspend the performance of the Contract if:
      • the Buyer fails to make payment within the specified deadline;
      • the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information required to fulfil the Order;
      • the Buyer does not ensure the possibility of delivering the goods (e.g., does not provide an accurate address, does not respond to the courier, etc.);
      • due to actions of third parties or other reasons beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., supply, production, technical, information system, or logistics disruptions), the performance of the Contract becomes temporarily or permanently impossible;
      • fraud or abuse is detected, including but not limited to repeated unreasonable Order cancellations or returns.
    • If the Order has already been paid for, the Seller will refund the Buyer only for those goods whose production or delivery has not yet begun, except in cases where the Contract is terminated due to the Buyer’s fault (e.g., providing incorrect information, failing to make payment, refusing to accept the shipment, etc.). In cases where the Contract is terminated due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (e.g., supply disruptions or force majeure events), the Seller will refund the Buyer the full amount paid for the undelivered goods within 14 calendar days from the date of confirming the termination.
    • The Seller also has the right to refuse to fulfil the Order or to change its terms if the product is no longer manufactured, is out of stock, or if due to a technical error in the system an incorrect price, description, or other essential information was displayed. In such a case, the Seller may offer an equivalent product or refund the Buyer the full amount paid.
    • The Seller is not liable for any losses or inconveniences resulting from the cancellation of an Order or termination of the Contract under these Terms, provided the action was taken based on the reasons listed above.
  5. Consumer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract
    • A Consumer who has concluded the Contract has the right to withdraw from it within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any costs, except for those specified in these Terms and in the applicable laws.
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of goods:
      • goods made according to the Consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised for the Consumer’s needs;
      • sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, can no longer be returned (e.g., underwear, socks, etc.).
    • The withdrawal period (14 days) is calculated from the day when:
      • the Consumer or a person designated by the Consumer receives the ordered goods;
      • if the Order consists of several goods delivered separately – from the day the last item is received;
      • if the goods are delivered in parts or batches – from the day the last part or batch is received.
    • To exercise the right to withdraw from the Contract, the Consumer must clearly inform the Seller of their decision by sending an email to [email protected] or by submitting the return form available in their account on the Online Store. Upon receiving such a notification, the Seller will confirm its receipt on a durable medium (via email).
    • The Seller will refund the Consumer the full amount paid for the goods, including standard delivery costs (the cost of the least expensive delivery method offered), no later than 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received or from the date the Consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back—whichever occurs first. Any additional delivery costs incurred due to the Consumer choosing a delivery method other than the standard one offered by the Seller (e.g., express or special delivery) are not refundable.
    • The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they were used in a way not necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or functioning. The Seller has the right to deduct a proportional amount corresponding to the decrease in value from the refund.
    • If the Consumer requested that the preparation of the goods or the provision of services begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and later decides to withdraw from the Contract, the Seller has the right to request compensation for the reasonable costs incurred up to the moment of withdrawal (including packaging, logistics, delivery, or other expenses related to executing the Order).
    • The Seller is not liable for failure to deliver the goods or for delivery delays if they occurred due to the Consumer’s fault (e.g., providing an incorrect address, not answering the courier’s calls) or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (force majeure events).
  6. Other Provisions
    • If any provision of these Terms contradicts the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania, is declared invalid, or is deemed void by a court decision, such circumstance shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Terms. The affected provision shall be interpreted and applied to the extent permitted by applicable law, while the remaining part of the Terms shall continue to be fully valid, ensuring a balance of the parties’ rights and obligations.
    • The Seller has the right to amend these Terms only when there is an objective basis for doing so, including but not limited to: changes in legislation, modifications in technical or service provision processes, changes in pricing by service providers or logistics partners, introduction of new functionalities or services, or to clarify or improve the wording of the conditions. The Seller will inform Buyers about such amendments on the Online Store or via email no later than 10 (ten) calendar days before the changes take effect. If the Buyer does not agree with the amendments, they have the right to discontinue the use of the Online Store and cancel their purchase before the changes enter into force.
    • These Terms were last updated on 2 December 2025.
