Yes, the maximum quantity of AUDIMAS products that can be purchased is limited both in the AUDIMAS online store and in physical retail locations.
A customer can purchase AUDIMAS products in the AUDIMAS online store and physical retail locations if:
the total value (for a single order or shopping cart) of all AUDIMAS products purchased at once by the customer (including VAT and any discount applied by AUDIMAS to a specific product at the time of purchase, if applicable) does not exceed EUR 2000.00;
or
among all AUDIMAS products purchased at once by the customer (within a single order or shopping cart), there are no more than three units (each in a different size) of the same product name, model, and color.
Any order that does not meet either of these two conditions will not be processed in the AUDIMAS online store or physical retail locations. Orders that exceed either of the two stated conditions must be submitted to UAB "Audimas Brand" wholesale department at: [email protected]

Items purchased from AUDIMAS online or physical stores can be returned free of charge to a physical store within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. If returning items via LP EXPRESS self-service terminals, a €1.99 return fee applies. This amount will be deducted from the refunded sum.

If you received a defective product and did not use it, you can exchange it at any physical AUDIMAS store. If the item did not fit, you can return it by filling out the electronic return form, but please include a sheet with the shipment stating that it is a defective item. Fill Power is a measure of down insulation loft. It indicates how much volume a certain amount of down occupies after being compressed—in other words, how well the down regains its shape and traps air.
The higher the number (e.g., 700 or 800), the loftier the down is, meaning it retains volume better and provides a better warmth-to-weight ratio. This means that with the same amount of down, a higher Fill Power product will be puffier and more efficient at retaining heat.
However, a higher Fill Power does not automatically mean a warmer garment. Warmth also depends on the amount of down used (fill weight) and the garment’s construction (e.g., outer material, stitching technology, and baffle design). Therefore, two products can offer similar warmth even with different Fill Power values if the amount of down differs.
In AUDIMAS collections, the down used has a Fill Power of no less than 500, ensuring a good balance of comfort and functionality.
When choosing a waterproof jacket, it’s important to consider two key indicators: water resistance (mm) and breathability (g/m²/24h). These show how well the jacket protects you from rain and how effectively it allows moisture to escape from the inside.
Ratings of 5K/5K are suitable for light rain and everyday wear, 10K/10K for moderate weather conditions and more active movement, and 20K/20K for heavy rain, challenging weather, and sports.
It’s also important to note that water resistance depends not only on the membrane ratings but also on the garment’s construction. If the jacket has non-taped seams (especially in critical areas), it will not be fully waterproof even with 10K or 20K ratings.
Lower-rated membranes are often lighter, softer, and more comfortable for everyday use.

Merino wool is wool of a particularly high quality. Merino is even 7 times thinner than the wool of other sheep, so it is suitable even for sewing underwear.
If you decide to wash or otherwise clean a garment with merino wool, always follow the instructions on the label, because otherwise you risk irretrievably damage to the product. Wash clothes with merino wool at a low washing temperature (no higher than 40 °C) and using a washing machine cycle designed for wool. Do not use any bleaches when washing as they may damage the material.
