Immediately after the order is placed in our website, we will send you the order confirmation and all information of the order. We recommend checking whether you have indicated your correct address and telephone number. The couriers usually deliver the goods on business days during business hours and therefore, we recommend indicating the address where the goods may be delivered on business days.
Payment for your purchase
The payment for the ordered goods may be made by wire transfer via SEB, Swedbank, DNB, Nordea, and Paypal. Cash payment to the courier is also possible upon delivery.
Delivery of the goods to another person, when the purchase is paid by you
If you pay for the purchase but wish to deliver the goods to another person, when selecting the method of delivery, click ‘Send to another address’ and enter the information of the person you want the goods delivered to.
Time of delivery:
In Lithuania, we deliver the goods in 1-3 business days; delivery to foreign countries takes from 7 to 14 days. We do not deliver the goods to P.O. Boxes. The express service courier will contact you to agree on the convenient time of delivery.
Cancelling the order
The order may be cancelled by sending a notification to email@example.com. Please indicate your order number. The manager will cancel your order in the system and the paid amount will be returned to your indicated bank account.
Return of goods and complaints
If the size of the goods received from www.e-audimas.lt does not fit or the goods are of inadequate quality, they may be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery. The goods may only be returned if they have not been used, are not damaged, have not lost their marketable appearance, are in the original package, have labels and purchase documents. Returned goods must be sent by certified mail to: Raudondvario pl. 80, LT-47182, Kaunas , Lithuania
When returning the goods it is important:
- To pack the item in the complete set neatly and tightly so that it could not fall out of the package or be damaged during transportation.
- Fill in the return application, which will be delivered along with the goods. Indicate the reason for return and your bank account number. Please include a copy of the invoice as well. The original invoice remains with the customer as the warranty document.
- Indicate the return address on the parcel: Raudondvario pl. 80, LT-47182, Kaunas, Lithuania
Please send the parcel by certified mail. Please retain the postage receipt with the indicated number of consignment. Customer Service Centre will notify the Returns Division and the Financial Division so that the funds would be returned to the customer along with the amount for the returned goods.
After we receive the returned goods at Raudondvario pl. 80, LT-47182, Kaunas, Lithuania we will immediately transfer the amount to the bank account indicated in the return/replacement form on behalf of Audimas, AB.
Return of inadequate-quality goods and replacement
If the product is defective or if there is an error in the order (incorrect size, colour) or if you have received the product that was not ordered by you, you may return the goods by the above described means. When returning defective goods or the goods that are not compliant with the description, please indicate the reason for return in the return application. In such case we undertake to refund the postage costs.
